Hey! This is Allyssa Lopez, 2nd period.
The law I chose was number 128. It basically says that if a woman doesn't have sex with her husband, she isn't really his wife.
I don't think that this should be in our society because if a woman doesn't have sex with her husband for like a month, then she can't really be married to him. I think it's a pretty ridiculous law.
I meant to put 3rd period. My bad!!
Hey,this is Chaniya Milazzo,2nd period.The law i chose was law 137.if a man wish to seperate from a woman who has borne him children,or from his wife who has borne him children:then he shall give that wife her dowry, and part of the usufruct of field,and property so that she can rear her children.When she has brought up her children,a portion of that is given to the children ,equal of that one son,shall be given to her.She may marry the man of her heart.
I don't think that this law is all that unfair.It is unfair in the fact that they give the husband permission basically to cheat on his wife.The woman really still don't get to do anything of their desire unless the husband opts out in this case.
